Refund Policy

At Pure Solutions Commercial Cleaning, we are committed to delivering high-quality commercial cleaning services to our clients throughout Maryland and D.C. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review our refund policy below:

1. Booking Fee

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your cleaning appointment. This fee covers administrative costs and scheduling logistics.

  • If you reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, your booking fee will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

  • If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, the booking fee will be forfeited.

2. A La Carte Services

  • If you are not satisfied with a specific service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We will re-clean the affected area(s) at no additional charge.

  • Refunds for a la carte services will be considered only after a re-clean has been offered and completed, and the issue remains unresolved.

  • Any approved refund will be issued only for the portion of the service deemed unsatisfactory, not the entire service order.

3. Custom Services & Projects

  • Custom cleaning services and projects are quoted based on scope and labor involved. A deposit may be required, which is non-refundable once work begins.

  • If work has not started, cancellation with at least 72 hours’ notice may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative and planning costs.

  • Once services are rendered, refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at the company's discretion in the case of documented service deficiencies.

4. Service Limitations

  • We do not offer refunds for services impacted by:

    • Unsafe or inaccessible job sites

    • Client-provided misinformation or lack of access

    • Post-cleaning conditions outside of our control (e.g., new spills, damage caused by others)

5. Payment Disputes

  • Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

  • Unresolved disputes may result in discontinuation of services in progress and may be subject to collections.
